Shama and her ensemble have been wowing audiences in the UK and abroad for the past 15 years. This exotic troupe of entertainers is the only Bollywood Band in the UK that can boast of composing and producing their own original material, which frequently broadcasts on Radio and TV.
The core band line-up comprises Shama herself in the spotlight, with two male singers and an accompanying group of experienced instrumental musicians playing keyboards, drums, lead guitar, bass guitar and Indian percussion. Ancillary musicians can augment this standard eight-piece band, and finally a colourfully-attired troupe of traditional Indian dancers can also be introduced as a showcase to complete the visual spectacle.
The sheer versatility of the band is reflected in its ability to perform a huge range of Bollywood favourites from dance tracks to easy-listening, a selection of Bhangra and even some English songs too! A top-quality sound-system and extra stage lighting can be provided to suit each venue.
