All members of the Dave Speakman Band are professional musicians, who broadcast on TV and radio and perform in London’s West End theatres and on concert stages all over the world. The guys deliver a cool blend of new and vintage party music, keeping the dancefloor full all night. Drawing on an eclectic repertoire, you can expect to hear classic tracks from The Beatles, Killers, Stevie Wonder, Oasis, Elvis, Blur and The Kaiser Chiefs. There’s going to be something for everyone!
Dave Speakman takes the lead on vocals and guitar, keyboards add harmony and texture to the melody while bass and drums underpin the distinctive rhythmic framework. For an even fuller sound, saxophone can also be included. Versatility is the key – these guys can deliver some cool interpretations of jazz standards, alongside their more customary selection of rock and pop favourites from across the decades. A highly professional and versatile group of notably talented musicians, they are completely self-contained, with top-quality PA and lighting systems.
