The Craickers boast well over a decade of professional experience playing at weddings, parties and corporate events throughout the North West region and beyond. You can expect a high level of musicianship, courtesy and dedication.

“A heady brew of traditional and modern Irish with timeless Rock’n’Roll classics all go together to make the perfect party blend!”

Playing with infectious enthusiasm and commitment, The Craickers generate a degree of energy which immediately transmits to their audience, meaning that a good time will be had by one and all. This cracking four piece band features a virtuoso lead guitar/mandolin player, with vocals shared among the band, with bass, drums and acoustic guitar supplying the rhythmic and harmonic framework.

For a more subtle affair, the band can provide a trio, performing semi-acoustically with a cajon replacing the full drum kit.

Offering the finest mixed repertoire of traditional and modern Irish music and rock classics you could possibly find, The Craickers are perfect for all popular tastes and for any occasion. Their versatility means they can turn their hands effortlessly from the bottomless repertoire of traditional Irish songs, complete with rousing sets of jigs, polkas, hornpipes and reels, through the modern-day Irish classics of The Pogues, Van Morrison, The Waterboys and The Sawdoctors, on to the blistering rock’n’roll of Johnny Cash, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Elvis Presley.

Equipped with a top-quality PA system, The Craickers perform an ideal mix of traditional and new Irish music, blended with Rock’n’Roll & Indie classics.
