Paddy Goes To Holyrood

Return to Previous Page

Paddy goes to Scotland! That proud purveyor of “the craic”- Johnny Morris – is delighted to present the best of the Irish tradition in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow. The show includes all the best loved Irish songs, combined with toe tapping jigs and reels that are guaranteed to get everyone out of their seats and dancing.

" Irish songs and tunes, presented with plenty of Blarney "

A guitar/vocals and fiddle duo is ideal for a small event. Accordion or bass can be added to entertain a larger crowd. A dance caller can also be included if dances such as “The Siege of Ennis” or “The Bridge of Athlone” are wanted – creating a mix of songs and dances that is perfect for a traditional Irish Ceili – and of course, for the Scottish side of the family, a short set of Scottish dance tunes can also be included for reeling!

For a small extra charge, a unmanned disco service can be provided for an additional two hours, providing a complete evening’s entertainment. The disco comes complete with a full sound system and LED intelligent lighting. You can either create your own playlist, or consult with Johnny beforehand and he will put together a playlist to your specification.

  1. Gemma and Trevor Fahy’s Wedding: April 2016

We booked a duo to play a mix of well known Irish songs at our wedding reception. We could not have asked for a better band. Our guests loved them, we loved them!! Would highly recommend and can’t wait to plan another party just to have them perform again. Must have for any party. Thanks guys!
