Bygonz have been reawakening the evocative, magical sounds of a time gone by at folk festivals and social events all around the South West for a number of years. Set-lists are highly adaptable, and the duo can readily perform either inside or outdoors.

Performances typically feature pipe and tabor combined with English bagpipe, hobby-horse, hurdy-gurdy, jig-doll and mediaeval percussion. The choice of music can be sensitively tailored to suit individual events, and the duo’s ever-expanding repertoire is bursting with traditional songs and tunes from the 1600s.  Authentic period costumes are worn, which always visually enhance each performance.
